Composition and Manufacturing Process

The main raw materials of foamed silicate cement board include ordinary silicate cement, fly ash, foaming agents, and additives. The manufacturing process involves compounding, mixing, foaming, and cutting. First, measured amounts of cement, foaming agents, and other raw materials are mixed and stirred, followed by foaming treatment, and finally cutting and shaping.

Performance Characteristics

Lightweight and High Strength: The density of foamed silicate cement board is relatively low, with a weight per cubic meter of about 200-300 kilograms, which is only one-sixth that of cement mortar. Its compressive strength reaches 0.4-0.5 MPa, and its tensile strength can reach 0.13 MPa.

Thermal Insulation: It has a low thermal conductivity, which can be as low as 0.045 W/(m·K), providing excellent thermal insulation performance.

Fire Resistance: Its combustion performance is rated A1, with a fire resistance temperature of up to 1000 degrees Celsius, offering outstanding fire resistance.

Environmental Friendliness: The production and construction processes do not emit harmful gases or waste, meeting environmental standards.

Durability: It has a service life of over 50 years and excellent aging resistance.

Low Water Absorption: The volumetric water absorption rate is less than 10%, allowing it to maintain excellent insulation performance even in humid environments.

Other Properties: It offers good sound insulation, freeze-thaw resistance, and integrity after fire exposure, making it suitable for use in complex weather conditions.
